JOB DESCRIPTION
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Human Resources:
Assist in
the recruitment process, including job postings, resume screening, and
organizing interviews.
Manage
employee onboarding and offboarding processes.
Prepare
and handle procedures related to employment contracts, social insurance,
health insurance, PIT registration, and related employee documents.
Maintain
personnel records and update internal databases.
Track
employee leave and sick leave.
Support
payroll processing to ensure accurate and timely payments.
Participate
in HR projects such as job fairs.
Assist
line managers with employee relations matters.
Organize
annual performance reviews and draft internal documents, including the
staff handbook and internal labor rules.
Handle
all statutory insurance procedures for employees, including social
insurance, unemployment, and health insurance.
Administrative:
Manage
cash and bank transfer checklists.
Arrange
travel accommodation and process expense forms.
Oversee
and monitor all office administrative operations, including managing
suppliers for stationery, printing, hygiene, and F&B.
Manage
office equipment and facilities.
Assist in
building and maintaining relationships with external suppliers and
partners.
Organize
company events and activities such as birthdays, team lunches, year-end
parties, and company trips.
Perform
other administrative tasks as needed.
REQUIREMENTS
REQUIREMENTS:
Bachelor's
degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Proven
experience (3-5 years) as an HR Administrator or in a similar role.
Strong
knowledge of labor legislation and compliance.
Excellent
organizational and multitasking abilities.
Good communication
and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency
in MS Office.
Ability
to handle sensitive information confidentially.
Strong
problem-solving and decision-making skills.
Proficiency
in English, both speaking and writing.
