What You'll Be Doing:
Operations Supervision & Leadership:
Team Supervision: Supervise and mentor 3 HR & Admin staff to ensure seamless daily operations.
Strategic HR & Organizational Development
Organizational Design: Drive restructuring, headcount planning, and succession planning.
Competency & 3P: Build and optimize competency frameworks and 3P compensation systems.
Performance & Strategy: Execute KPI/OKR frameworks and partner with the BOD on change management.
Global Recruitment & Talent Acquisition
Direct end-to-end recruitment strategies, with a strong focus on sourcing and hiring talent for international roles.
