Be responsible for all HR issues related to workers and office staffs as recruitment, compensation, motivation, conflict resolution, training and career development, contract ending...
Prepare recruitment schedule based on employment needs of other services; coordinate with other managers to describe recruitment criteria for vacant job; place recruitment ads; do application screening with other managers; conduct interview of applicants and negotiate working conditions for new employees;
Maintain and improve relationships with labor providers as labor centers, local authorities, work fair...;
Supervise the payroll calculation and pay slips preparation for all employees based on time-keeping system's result and based on records from other department/service;
Be responsible for annual budgeting of salary and bonuses and provide the budget to Finance/Accounting service in the required deadline;
Advise the Board of directors on the setting and updating of salary structure;
Advise the Board of directors on the setting and updating of policies related to compensation,
Yêu cầu
Software skills: Excel, Power point, Word, MS office, Accounting software
English: Intermediate, Chinese as a plus

At least with 3 years' experiences in HR and Admin Manager
Good knowledge of Vietnamese labor law, social insurance law

Advise the Board of directors on setting and updating of all policies, rules and procedures related to HR management (company rules, bargaining agreements...); be responsible for follow-up the implementation of these documents
Deal with local authorities, labor inspectors, trans-inspectors... for any issue related to HR fields; be responsible for implementation of recommendations required by these organizations;
Admin
Be responsible for all activities related to external partners who provide services for the company as guardians, employee and director cars, environment protection, waste collection, IT maintenance, landscaping maintenance, factory and machine maintenance, catering service...; inform Accounting service enough time for payment of due invoices;
Be responsible for searching of renting house for foreign employees; negotiate and contracting house renting; inform enough time the Accounting service for payment;
Be responsible for supervising and controlling all activities related to fire-fighting activities, occupational safety & hygiene and environment protection; warn the Site director on any latent risk and advise him on solution;
Supervise and follow legal required actions to sort out the situation of foreign employees working in the company or foreign experts coming abroad;
Keep close and good relationships with local authorities as DIZA, local police, fire protection police, labor service/department, regional Trade Union, Social funds...;
Advise the Board of director on setting and updating policies, rules and procedures related to environment protection, fire protection, occupational safety & hygiene... ; be responsible for supervise the implementation of these policies and rules;
Be responsible for all insurances for the company (accident insurance, expat insurance, fire insurance, multi-risk insurance...);
