*** About the job:
We are looking for an experienced and proactive HR Admin Manager to join and manage our human resources as well as operation. The HRM will play a key role in developing and implementing HR strategies, policies, and programs aligned with the overall business strategy. This role will also have to make sure that the office operates smoothly.
*** Responsibilities:
I. HR
1.1 Talent Acquisition
- Forecast workforce needs. Make an annual headcount plan.
- Manage the recruit cycle: sourcing, recruiting, and evaluating qualified job candidates.
- Designs and oversees employee onboarding processes.
1.2 Employee Engagement & Retention:
- Designs and oversees HR and organizational programs designed to improve employee engagement and satisfaction.
- Promote a positive work culture and employee engagement through various HR initiatives.
- Monitors the organization's metrics on employee attitudes, turnover and retention, and other information about employee engagement and retention.
1.3 HR Metrics & Reporting:
- Design and manage performance appraisal system and processes.
- Setting HR metrics to track key performance indicators.
- Provide guidance to managers on performance feedback and improvement plans.
1.4 Learning & Development:
- Creates long-term organizational strategies to develop talent.
- Develop and deliver learning and development activities that close gaps in employees' competencies and skills.
- Administers and supports programs to promote knowledge transfer.
- Develop, deliver, and evaluate effective learning and development programs.
1.5 Total rewards
- Cooperating with Leaders to design and oversee organizational compensation and benefits philosophies, strategies, and plans.
- Implements appropriate pay, benefit, incentive, separation, and severance systems and programs.
- Re-evaluates the organization's total rewards package regularly and adjusts as needed.
II. ADMIN
- Supervising the day-to-day operations of the administrative department and staff members.
- Developing, reviewing, and improving administrative systems, policies, and procedures
- Ensuring the office is stocked with necessary supplies and that all equipment is working and properly maintained.
- Working with the accounting and management teams to set budgets, monitor spending, and process payroll and other expenses.
- Planning, scheduling, and promoting office events, including meetings, conferences, interviews, orientations, and training sessions.
- Overseeing special projects and tracking progress towards company goals.

***Requirements:
- FEMALE; 5+ YEARS OF PROVEN EXPERIENCE IN HR & ADMIN ROLES
- Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration or other related fields. HR Certification is a big plus.
- In-depth knowledge of labor law.
- Honest, reliable, agile, proactive and have a high sense of responsibility, withstand work pressure.
- Initiative, Responsible, Self-motivated team player with good interpersonal skills
- Strong problem solving and decision-making skills.
- Good command of written and spoken English.
- Good planning and organization skills, able to analyze, raise decision and solve problems.

Working hours:
+ Monday to Friday (09h00 - 18h30; break from 12h30 - 14h00)
+ Saturdays morning (09h00 - 12h30):
+ 2 Saturdays off per month.
