Admin work:
- Welcome/receive guests/visitors. Receive and transfer coming calls in a professional and polite manner
- Maintain company's cleanness and well arranged (by taking care of office logistics things, ensure the remind tea ladies to clear and clean office when appropriate...)
- Manage the stationery, office equipments, car arrangement
- Supporting other Admin job: Canteen services, Security service, Office cleaning & gardening.
HR work: Recruitment & Training
- Plan/implement recruitment and training schedule
- To plan training yearly (schedule, programs, trainers, budget ...).
- Search and attract qualified candidates by utilizing various sources.
- Screen CVs to shortlist for interview
- Inform the result of interview
- Input candidates data
- Employees Profile Management
