As an HR-Admin Officer in our team, you will in charge:
HR Operations:
Maintain employee records, contracts, onboarding/offboarding documents.
Coordinate internal HR processes (in related Scope of Work) with accuracy and confidentiality.
Support HR in implementing core values, PeopleOps programs, and engagement initiatives.
Office Administration
Oversee office operations: supplies, facilities, vendor coordination, and workspace arrangements.
Maintain a clean, safe, and efficient workplace aligned with company culture.
Manage meeting room setup, and company event logistics.
Build the positive and high productivity working space with "touch-points" working corners
Internal Events & Culture Support
Support logistics for company events, team-building activities, workshops, town halls, and internal campaigns.
Handle employee inquiries with professionalism and a service mindset.
Assist HR in creating a positive, supportive, and compliant working environment.
Compliance & Documentation
Ensure policies, regulations, and HR procedures are updated and properly communicated.
Support compliance with labor law documentation, health insurance, timesheets, and leave records.
Maintain confidential HR information with high integrity.
Yêu cầu
Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
1-3 years of experience in HR or office administration (tech/startup environment is a plus).
