Admin: Supports documents for foreigners, including:
Apply for entry visa, work permit, temporary residence card, driver's license...
Contact for renting houses for Foreigners and some other arising issues.
Manage HR works such as manage recruitment activities, compensation & benefit, training employee, talent acquisition and retaining, etc.
Analyzes trends in compensation and benefits, researches and proposes competitive salary structure to ensure the organization attracts and retains top talent.
Develop assessment frame work, collaborate with other department managers to set up KPI for employee assessment, coordinate all assessment activities.
Collaborate with other department managers to understand and execute the organization's human resource and talent strategy including defining current and future talent needs, deploying recruitment planning, training planning, promotion planning, retention planning and succession planning.
Set up strategies for Human Resouces & Genneral Affairs department to achieve organization objective.
Ensure department project, department milestone, department goals are meet and adhering to approved budget
Deal with complex disciplinary and HR issues.
Responsible for HSE and environment
Work with state agencies when problems arise such as tax authorities, insurance agencies...
Manage a group of security guards, drivers and cleaner
Manage general affare activities.
Performs other duties as assigned.

Experience: At least 10 years experience in humand resources and general affairs and at lease 3 years experience in manager level.
Good verbal and written organization communication skills.
Good English.
Good organizational skills and attention to detail.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Education: Bachelor Degree or higher level in Human Resources Management, Law, Accounting or related field.
Male or Female, 38-48 years old.
