HR Assistant Manager (Organization Development)

The HR Assistant Manager will review and develop HR policies, compliance controls, and income schemes. Responsibilities include supporting the development of organizational charts, headcount planning, staffing budgets, job title mappings, and job descriptions. The role also manages KPI systems, performance evaluations, ensures labor compliance, and prepares necessary documentation for state agencies. Additionally, the HR Assistant Manager leads HR digital transformation and efficiency optimization projects.
Main Responsibilities:
• Review, develop, and validate the income scheme, salary range, HR policies, regulations, and compliance controls across departments and markets
• Support in developing the organizational chart, headcount, and staffing budget in alignment with the strategic direction of Vingroup/VinFast Management
• Assist in planning job title mappings and creating job descriptions
• Support in developing and managing the KPI system, performance evaluations, and reviews for the markets
• Ensure labor compliance, providing necessary documentation and reports to state agencies, and preparing reports for periodic inspections and audits
• Lead and participate in HR digital transformation and efficiency optimization projects
