HR Business Partner (HRBP) - Position Overview
Drive corporate HR initiatives and support business strategies at the local level. Collaborate with overseas executives and HR teams to enhance talent acquisition, organizational development, and workforce planning while ensuring compliance with labor laws.
Key Responsibilities
Implement HR strategies aligned with business objectives.
Support leadership in talent acquisition, training, and management development.
Optimize organizational structure and workforce planning.
Ensure compliance with labor laws and foster positive employee relations.
Yêu cầu
Qualifications
5+ years of HR experience (preferably in Vietnam).
Strong knowledge of HR principles and practices.
Proficient in English for workplace communication.
Excellent cross-functional communication and project management skills.
Taiwanese nationality is preferable.
