To partner with leaders to deliver a HR services in line with the needs and priorities of Subsidiaries.
Oversee the implementation and delivery of key HR initiatives as the key interface between professional HR and the business in Subsidiaries' operations
Translate business requirements into effective HR practices, delivering people solutions aligned to business objectives.
Deal with complex or sensitive day to day people management issues including: Organization Development, Reward & Remuneration, Projects / Initiatives & Strategy, Recruitment & Selection, Employee Relations, Administration, Systems & Records...
Influence Management and Leadership around the people agenda and issues
Responsible for recruitment; performance management, cost control for subsidiaries

Qualification: Degree qualifications in Labour Economics, Law, Business Administration, Human Resources
Working Experience:
Minimum of 10 Years general experience, and 3 years experience at similar position as HRPB or HR Manager with multinational organizations.
Expertise:
Advanced time management and organizational skills.
Advanced understanding of the principles of labor and employment legislation within the relevant jurisidiction(s).
Advanced written and spoken communication skills
Advanced leadership skills with the ability to manage change with a strong results-orientation.
Strong Interpersonal & analysis skills
Advanced written and spoken English skills are also required.
Strong knowledge and experiences in Mercer Total Remuneration.
Advanced skills in Microsoft Word, Excel, & PowerPoint.
