HR Business Partner Intern

The HRBP Intern will support the HR team in executing Learning & Development (L&D) initiatives, focusing on training coordination, learning experience design, and e-course development.
This role provides hands-on exposure to building capability development programs for engineers and leaders in a high-tech semiconductor environment.
Key Responsibilities: As a HRBP Intern, your main scope will include but not limited to:
- Support the design and development of training materials, including presentations, e-learning modules, and infographics.
- Assist in the coordination of training sessions, workshops, and other L&D initiatives.
- Track and analyze training effectiveness through surveys and feedback reports.
- Maintain and update the E-course system with new courses and participant data.
- Collaborate with the Internal Communication team to create newsletters, posters, and videos for promoting training programs.

Yêu cầu công việc
- 3rd or 4th-year undergraduate students, available for a 6-month full-time internship (Monday - Friday).
- Strong communication skills in both English and Vietnamese (verbal & written).
- Strong interest in: Learning & Development and Instructional Design / Training Design
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to handle confidential information with integrity.
- A proactive learner with a passion for HR and people development.
- Experience with design tools (Canva, Photoshop, etc.) or video creation tools is a plus.
