Job Description
Our client is a foreign-invested company, now looking for a HR Business Partner Manager (3000USD, ID-13206)
Conduct training needs analysis, prepare an annual training plan and provide qualified functional and competency training
Participates in evaluation and monitoring of training programs
Analyzes current rewards programs to ensure they align with Company's business strategy and ensure that rewards programs optimize the company's ability to attract top talent.
Works with Department managers and employees to investigate and resolve employee relations issues.
Build up and cascade all employee engagement programs
Organize the entire program of internal events for the company
Conduct survey after the event to evaluate the effectiveness
Administers human resource-related working procedures and ensures these procedures are executed well at the office
Works with managers and employees to investigate and resolve employee relations issues.
In charge of annual planning and monitoring office' manpower budgets

Graduated with University degree majoring in related
At least 03 years of working experience as similar at F&B/Retail/FMCG companies
