1. Payroll
Manage the processes of Time Attendance, Payroll, Social Insurance, PIT, C&B database update accurately and timely.
Manage HR software (HRM system) to ensure information fully and smoothly
Assist/Consult
HR Manager in setting up rules, policies; provide guideline and support stakeholder in performing their daily works.
Labor contract renewal.
Termination process.
Manage all C&B document, especially for employee profile.
Support in managing employee benefits scheme according to the Labor Law and Company Policy.
Prepare C&B reports; perform C&B analyses and projects as required.
2. General tasks:
Manage uniforms, Staff card, Food card
Manage fingerprint registration for employees
Make purchase requirement and manage stationery of HR department
Be one part of organizer team to implement internal Event
Support for recruitment in Factory (if required)
Other task assigned by HRM
