JOB PURPOSE
Support the Finance department in maintaining accurate financial records, ensuring timely payments, and complying with local tax and labor regulations to support the company's daily operations.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Human Resources Management (60%)
- Talent acquisition: own the end-to-end recruitment process (sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offering). Develop a proactive talent pipeline to meet business needs.
- Employee lifecycle: design and execute engaging onboarding programs; manage professional offboarding and exit interviews.
- C&B & payroll: Execute monthly payroll, timesheet management, SHUI, procedures, PIT declarations with high accuracy.
- Performance management: Partner with HODs/ Shop managers to implement and track KPIs/OKRs; coordinate performance review cycles.
- Employee relations & culture: Act as a bridge between management and staff. Lead engagement initiatives (team building, internal events) to foster a positive workplace.
- Compliance: setup/ maintain and update HR policies, handbooks, and labor contracts in strict accordance with Vietnam Labor Code.
Administration & Operations (40%)
- Office Management: Oversee office facilities, equipment, and supplies. Maintain relationships with vendors and building management.
- Documentation & Procurement: Manage the filing system for legal and personnel records. Execute cost-effective procurement of office assets and stationery.
- Logistics & Expats Support: Coordinate business travel and events. Handle Visa, Work Permit, and Residence Card procedures for expats (if any).
- Internal Communication: Draft and circulate official memos, notices, and internal policies to ensure transparency across the organization.

REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor's degree in HR Management, Business Administration, Law, or related fields.
- 2-4 years of experience in an HR Generalist/Specialist role (Experience in SMEs and transforming duration is a plus).
- Expertise: Solid knowledge of Labor Law, Social Insurance, and PIT regulations.
- Good command of English (both written and spoken) for reporting and communication.
- Proficient in MS Office, especially advanced Excel (for payroll and data management).
