Position Title: HR Executive
Work Location: Vietnam
Reports To: People & Performance Lead - Asia

Role Purpose
The HR Executive provides end-to-end operational HR support for Nufarm Asia, with a strong focus on Learning & Development coordination, employee lifecycle activities, payroll coordination, and HR administration.
The role supports the effective delivery of People & Performance initiatives while ensuring compliance, accuracy, confidentiality and a positive employee experience
Key Responsibilities
• Coordinate training programs including vendor coordination event management , feedback collection,
• Support execution of the HR led initiatives like Culture development ,employee safety and diversity and inclusion
• Assist with recruitment coordination including interview scheduling, reference checks, feedback consolidation, and recruitment documentation
• Support onboarding and induction of new employees in line with Nufarm standards.
• Coordinate probation reviews, labour contracts, and employee-related statutory documentation
• Support implementation and communication of Nufarm People & Performance policies and guidelines.
• Coordinate with external vendors supporting HR initiatives and services.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records/contracts and personnel files, and HR databases and dashboard
• Act as first-level support for employee queries related to payroll, benefits, policies, and HR processes.
• Coordinate HR administration related to company car, insurance, and personal income tax (PIT) matters.
• Support payroll coordination by working closely with Finance, payroll vendors, and internal stakeholders.
• Provide coordination and operational support to other HR colleagues across Asia as required.
Yêu cầu
• Bachelor's degree in human resources or 5-7 years of experience in HR operations
• Good understanding of HR policies and basic labour laws in Vietnam.
• Experience supporting regional or cross-country HR activities is preferred.
• Strong communication skills in English (written and spoken).
• Proficient in MS Excel and HR reporting.
• High attention to detail with a strong focus on accuracy and confidentiality.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks, coordinate stakeholders, and meet deadlines.
