Mô tả công việc
• Manage overall HR operations at the Vietnam office, ensuring compliance with company policies and local labor laws.
• Handle recruitment activities to ensure timely hiring aligned with business needs.
• Perform daily HR operations including labor contracts, onboarding/offboarding, and employee records management.
• Monitor attendance, coordinate payroll processing, and manage employee insurance and benefits.
• Support the implementation of internal training and performance management (KPI/OKR) under management guidance.
• Track workforce status and assist in handling employee relations issues.
• Coordinate with internal departments and the head office on HR and operational matters..
Yêu cầu
• Bachelor's degree or above in Human Resources, Law, Psychology, or related fields.
• At least 3 years of experience in HR; strong expertise in recruitment and training is preferred.
• Fluent in Chinese communication.
• Experience working in a multicultural environment is a plus; candidates with overseas study or work experience are preferred.
• Strong communication, analytical thinking, and problem-solving skills
• Highly responsible, proactive, and able to work well under pressure.
• Proficient in MS Office and HR management systems.
