About the Role?
We are looking for a highly dynamic HR Executive (an excellent communicator) who is passionate about people and culture.
In this role, you will coordinate and execute key HR activities, including recruitment, internal communication, employee engagement, and training support - helping us build a connected and high-performing workplace across locations.
What You Will Do
1. Recruitment (30%)
• Handle end-to-end recruitment process (posting, sourcing, screening, interview coordination)
• Work closely with hiring managers to fulfill hiring needs
• Support onboarding for new hires
2. Internal Communication (20%)
• Create and manage internal communication content
• Maintain communication channels (email, internal groups, etc.)
• Ensure consistent messaging across teams and locations
3. Employee Engagement (30%)
• Organize internal events (team building, celebrations, company activities)
• Propose ideas to improve employee engagement and experience
• Gather feedback and support building a positive work culture
4. Training Coordination (20%)
• Coordinate internal training sessions (logistics, scheduling, materials)
• Support trainers and participants
• Track training records and feedback
Yêu cầu
Who We're Looking For
• 2- 5 years of experience in HR (Generalist / TA / Employee Engagement )
• Strong communication and coordination skills
• Energetic, proactive, and detail-oriented
• Comfortable handling multiple tasks at the same time
• Experience in internal communication or event organization is a plus
