Mô tả công việc
1/ Internal communication & team engagement
● Organize internal event for employees: company trip, trainings,... increase the engagement among different teams
● Develop and propose employee internal activities to increase the engagement among different teams
● Administer and apply C&B policy
2/ Employer branding:
● Contribute ideas and follow the employer branding plan of Athena Studio
3/ Other duties and documentation
● Assist in the recruitment process
● Compile and update employee records on the HR management system
● Assists in facilitating New Hire and On-Boarding Sessions
● Process documentation and prepare reports relating to personnel activities (staffing, recruitment, training, grievances, performance evaluations etc)
● Assist in payroll preparation by providing relevant data (absences, bonus, leaves, etc)
● Coordinate HR projects (meetings, training, surveys etc) and take minutes
● Deal with employee requests regarding human resources issues, rules, and regulations
● Communicate with public services when necessary
● Properly handle complaints and grievance procedures
● Manage and report HR metrics
● Participate in ad-hoc projects.
Yêu cầu
● Over 2-3 years of working experience in company culture development, internal communication & employee engagement with actual achievements in staff event organization, preferably in IT companies;
● PC literacy (MS Office, Internet, in particular)
● Basic knowledge of labor laws
● Excellent organizational skills, verbal and written communication skills and strong at building relationships with others;
● Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and a team player
● Good time management, organizational, inter-personal & multi-tasking skills
● Good English
● Must have key characteristics: careful, accountable, strongly empathy, passionate, enthusiastic, sociable and proactive
