HR Executive (Talent Acquisition)

* Working time: Monday - Friday (morning [protected info]; afternoon 13:30 - 17:30), alternate Saturday (morning [protected info]).
Responsible for sourcing, attracting, interviewing, hiring and onboarding staffs with long-term goals of company: find specialists, leaders, or future supervisors, managers; long-term human resources planning and finding appropriate special candidates
1. Talent Acquisition:
- Make a recruitment plan, timely update the list of vacancies
- Work directly with hiring managers to get recruiting requirements
- Search, phone screen, interview and shortlist suitable candidate to arrange intervivew schedules with hiring managers
- Onboard new staffs to become fully integrated (offer, wellcome, contract...)
- Coordinate with department Managers, update job descriptions according to job positions.
- Synthesize and analyze candidate sources and recruitment results to evaluate the effectiveness of recruitment channels.
- Update candidate profiles, recruitment process when there are changes or improvements.
- Build and maintain talent pools with database of potential candidates
2. Employer Branding:
- Assist in building relationship with Universities/Organizations, join career events, organize workshops
- Promote company brand through social network channels
- Utilize and promote internal events as a part for employer branding
3. Engagement:
- Conduct and improve orientation process for new hires to facilitate good integration with the company
- Support on other HR-related tasks on request by superior
- University graduated with passionate and experience in recruiting/talent acquisition minimum 4 years
- Good experience in interviewing experienced staffs and managers in logistics,forwarder companies... is big plus
- Outstanding communications and interpersonal skills
- Excellent service attitude
- Be a can-do attitude, flexible, creative, confident, dynamic, willing to work under high pressure, and prioritize workload with good time management.
- Interviewing skills, negotiation and conflict management skills, excellent service mindset.
- Willing to learn and take initiative.
- Positive thinking and good work ethic
- Expertise in various recruitment channels, social networks for recruitment (LinkedIn, facebook, zalo...)
- Experience in tracking employee satisfaction and identifying ways to improve retention rate for the right talents.
- Good communication both in English and Vietnamese
