HR Executive (Work in Ha Nam)

Position Title: HR Executive
Reports to: HR Manager
Department: HR
Location: Gentherm Vietnam (Duy Tien District, Ha Nam province - 50 km from Ha Noi)
This role will be responsible for:
• To make monthly declaration of social security to the local personnel insurance bureau including but not limited to social, health and unemployment insurances
• To prepare and maintain the social insurance data of all staff
• To check and reconcile the social insurance data with the social insurance bureau on a monthly basis to ensure the precision of monthly contribution amounts
• To prepare the personnel insurance transfer files monthly
• To calculate monthly personal income tax of all employees and contractors/consultants (if any) and to work on the annual finalization of personal income tax on employee's behalf
• To fulfil all the local regulation compliance requirements in filing, reporting and payments of social insurances and personal income tax with strict review on the interaction between PIT and CIT
• To support recruitment process: checking the headcount budget, and availability of job description before job posting, sourcing, searching for candidates, prescreening, then coordination with hiring departments and participation in interviews and selection, offering the suitably qualified candidates to assume positions; check reference
• To analyze training needs
• To coordinate to develop and record the curriculum and deliver courses (in-house and external)
• To enable, record and analyze the evaluation of the trainee for effectiveness of training and individual employee growth
• To facilitate all the training and workshop activities
• To implement the strategic partnership with local vocational schools to implement Internship program; trainee program
• To collaborate and support in activities and promoting the organizations Continuous Improvement strategy
• Other job assignments from the direct manager
