Mô tả công việc
1. Implement recruitment activity according to the company's procedure.
- Searching and contact recruitment channel when having needs
- Fill information candidates, interview result
- Interview candidates: case by position
- Introduce new comers. Guideline policy
2. Coordinate with Managers to evaluate candidates in process evaluation of company
3. Support HR Manager in development & management human resources of company
- Compose drafting internal rules of labor
- Drafting of regulated procedures: Recruitment, Time Attendance, Payment ...
4. Participate together with Participate together with HR-Admin & IT Manager to build and deploy the implementation of procedures, regulations, principles and work guidance within the main responsibility.
5. Track and organize annual health checks for all employees as prescribed. Registration for staff to attend training courses as required.
6. Track and manage Stationery, Staff uniforms
7. Check the performance of the office cleaning work.
8. Organizing activities and events of the Company according to the plan of Human Resources and Administration Department as assigned by the Manager
- Perform work arising when assigned.
9. Performing C&B operations
- Perform timekeeping and salary calculation for employees
- Performing social insurance services for employees
- Monitor and draft labor contracts, probationary contracts, service provision contracts
- Implement policies and regimes for employees
- Organize parties and events for employees
10. Make payment: Make a proposal for payment of expenses such as electricity, water, home, stationery, printing, payment for social insurance, health insurance, unemployment insurance, gasoline, money increase ...
11. Perform other tasks as assigned by the Director and Head of Human Resources
