HR Executive

KRA 1 - Recruitment and Selection
• Ensure that the recruitment and selection processes are adhered to consistently.
• Prepare and advertise open positions and screen/shortlist candidates. Coordinate with hiring managers to schedule interviews with candidates.
• Coordinate with external recruitment consultants, if necessary, and negotiate rates/fees prior to recruitment/shortlisting of candidates.
KRA 2 - Employee Onboarding, Transfer and Terminations
• Liaise with relevant parties to requisite desktops/laptops and other applicable mobile devices, and request MIS team to set up the laptops before the new employee's start date
• Raise ad-hoc and/or termination requests via Cherwell portal to request MIS team on employee transfers and terminations.
KRA 3 - Payroll Administration
• Responsible for entire payroll process, statutory compliance & disbursement of salary on time for all employees across Vietnam
• Checking, implementing and maintaining monthly payroll database
• Supporting employees with claim issues from Social Insurance Department, Insurance Company
• Updating new labor law to adapt company's policies operating legally
• Develop and implement Compensation & Benefits policies, salary benchmarking, formulate incentive plans & commission schemes for eligible employees;
• Monitor works of SI, HI, UI. Liaise with external vendors to supervise and check the insurance matters for the employees;
• PIT declaration and finalization under the labor law
KRA 4 - Remuneration & General HR Administration
• Assist the Branch Manager, Finance Manager and Regional HR Manager, SEA during annual remuneration review with fair, reasonable assessments and distribute remuneration review letters to all eligible employees.
• Assist in salary reviews and benefits to ensure alignment with both company expectations and market activity
• Assist on vendor payment request monthly
