Mô tả công việc
Assist with recruiting tasks such as reviewing resumes, conducting, and scheduling interviews, hiring, and following up with candidates.
Schedule and coordinate onboarding assignments
Compile and process employee documentation and records and keep the employee database up to date.
Assist the HR manager with formulating policies, procedures, and changes, as well as communicating all updates to employees.
Responding to employee questions and complaints in a timely and professional manner
Track employee attendance, and leaves, and assist with payroll processing and documentation.
Assist Hr Manager on managing employee relations, including addressing employee grievances, conflicts, and other workplace issues.

Yêu cầu công việc
Bachelor degree on relating fields.
2 year-experience on HR position.
Good knowledge on labor regulation, compensation and benefits for employees.
Good at English and MS office.
Strong digital recruiting skills (LinkedIn and other tools).
Proficiency with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and HR software.
Experience in sourcing candidates through various channels (job boards, social media, etc.)
Excellent interviewing and assessment skills.
Strong negotiation and persuasion skills.
Knowledge of labor laws and regulations.
Proficiency in MS Office Good English proficiency (both spoken and written).
