DYM Medical Center Vietnam is a clinic with 100% capital from DYM Japan. DYM has locations in Thailand, Hong Kong, Vietnam, the US, Indonesia and Japan. DYM Medical Center Vietnam was founded in 2019 and has branches in District 1, District 7, Ho Chi Minh City, and Cau Giay District, Hanoi.
DYM is providing Health check-up services for the company in Vietnam. Besides that, we provide other medical services such as health check-ups for applying for work permits, and treatment for Vietnamese and foreigners, especially Japanese.
Key Roles & Responsibilities
1. Recruitment 70 %
• Propose and implement recruitment ads on the website and social media, expand recruitment sources.
• Manage and update data of candidates, potential candidates.
• Screen CVs and arrange interview.
• Inform interview results for candidates.
• Collect documents and input data of new employees after when they pass the interview and start onboard.
• Make recruiting plans and report cost recruitment weekly in month/quarter/year.
• Build up Recruitment Procedure
2. Admin 20%
• Manage the onboarding process for the new staff, include orientation training
• Plan and organize company internal activities: team building, events, YEP
3. Other tasks as requested by direct management 10%

• At least 6 months of experience
• Ability to communicate in English
• Good computer skills
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
