1. Recruitment
Receive and process recruitment requests from departments.
Post job ads, screen CVs, coordinate interviews, and select qualified candidates.
Manage candidate data and communication (invitations, results, offers).
Prepare offer letters and submit for HRM approval.
Support HRM in planning annual recruitment and budget.
Maintain candidate relationships and strengthen employer branding.
Update and develop job descriptions and suggest effective hiring channels.
2. Onboarding
Send offer letters and collect required employee documents.
Prepare and hand over necessary tools, assets, and accounts for new hires.
Inform direct managers and coordinate onboarding and training plans.
Introduce new hires to company teams and facilities.
Maintain employee database and personnel files.
Follow up during probation and manage evaluation forms and feedback.
3. Training
Implement training programs as planned or assigned.
Manage training agreements and commitments.
Track and evaluate training effectiveness and employee feedback.
Support HRM in developing annual training plans and budgets.
4. Performance Management & Development
Support annual performance and salary review processes.
Analyze and propose adjustments to compensation and benefits.
Coordinate performance evaluations and development planning.
Update job descriptions and support improvement initiatives.
5. Employee Engagement
Organize regular engagement events (Happy Hour, Birthday, Teambuilding, Year-End Party, etc.).
Suggest and develop new activities to enhance employee connection.
6. Other Responsibilities
Manage and monitor employee tools, equipment, and assets.
Coordinate with Accounting for quarterly inventory checks.
Comply with company policies and perform other assigned tasks.
Yêu cầu
Yêu Cầu Công Việc
Education: a bachelor's degree in Human Resource, Business Administration (BA), Law or related.
Experience: A minimum of 3 years of experience in HR functions is essential prefer on recruitment, performance management, training or staff engagement.
Analytical Skills: Superior analytical abilities are crucial for developing statutory returns and ensuring compliance with labor laws. This includes interpreting data, conducting trend analysis, and making data-driven decisions.
Hiring Process: Experience and understanding of the entire hiring process, including sourcing, candidate assessment, interviewing techniques, and selection criteria.
Excellent communication and presentation skills, with proficiency in Vietnamese and English, verbally and in writing to to effectively interact with employees, external stakeholders, and present HR policies, procedures, and reports.
Software Proficiency: Proficiency in using HR management software and tools such as MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Docs for documentation, reporting, data analysis, and presentation purposes.
