- Align strategic HR policy & implementation with Corporate HR to support business goal & strategy
- Proactively & effectively manage and responsible for all HR&GA operations
- Develop and implement HR&GA policies to support business goals and to ensure that the company complies with legal requirements and best practices including liaising with the Government and other statutory bodies (when required) to ensure full compliance to all laws and regulation pertaining to employment.
- Prepare and submit reports as regular basis i.e. weekly, monthly, quarterly and yearly
Yêu cầu
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Human Resources Management, Political Sciences or related field
- At least 05 years of HR&GA experience both of HRM & HRD with direct experience in Food Manufacturing would be an advantage
- Strong leadership, presentation and communication skill
- Good analytical, problem solving and decision-making skill
- Proactive, energetic and passiona to work for success
- Station in Vietnam
- Good command of Vietnamese especially speaking is preferable
- Good command of English both spoken & written and computer literacy
