Job Role:
The HR Generalist is responsible for delivering comprehensive, end-to-end HR support across diverse functions, including talent acquisition, internal communications, and engagement initiatives, to ensure efficient operational processes and a superior employee experience.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Internal Communication & Employee Engagement
Develop and implement internal communication plans aligned with company culture and HR initiatives.
Manage internal communication channels (email, internal groups, company portal, etc.).
Create engaging internal content including announcements, newsletters, and employee updates.
Design internal communication materials such as posters, banners, event visuals, and digital content.
2. Event Planning & Employee Activities
Organize internal events such as company gatherings, team-building activities, townhalls, company anniversaries, and celebrations.
Coordinate logistics, communication, and event materials.
Work with vendors and internal teams to ensure successful event execution.
3. Talent Acquisition Support & Employer Branding
Support recruitment process for assigned positions: post job ads, source candidates from various channels; coordinate interviews;
Assist in building talent pipelines.
Support employer branding activities related to recruitment (career page, social content, events).
4. Other responsibilities
Support office administrative tasks when necessary.
Assist in
purchasing and managing office supplies and event-related materials.
Coordinate with vendors for administrative services when assigned.
Other duties as assigned by the line manager.
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Communications or a related field.
At least 3 months of experience in HR, Administration, Recruitment, or Internal Communication.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Good design skills (Canva, PowerPoint, Photoshop or similar tools).
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both Vietnamese and English.
Comfortable working in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
Strong team spirit and willingness to support various HR activities.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills with an eye for detail.
Flexible working hours in a results-oriented culture with 5 days working from home per month.
