We are a production and retail company specializing in coffee, chocolate, tea, and dried fruits, operating under Western management standards in the heart of Vietnam. We are currently undergoing a major transformation: moving to a clear, scalable business system.
You will work directly with the CEO and an experienced Fractional HR Director. This is a role for an ambitious professional who wants to evolve from an executor into an architect of HR processes.
What You Will Do (Your contribution to our growth)
- Recruitment as an Art: Own the end-to-end hiring funnel - from defining success profiles (Scorecards) to sourcing, screening, and making the final offer.
- Process Design: Act as a key participant in developing and implementing "playbooks" for onboarding, performance reviews, and employee development.
- Business Partnership: Support department heads in making people decisions based on data and evidence rather than intuition.
- Culture of Discipline: Ensure HR policies and work ethics are followed so every employee in the office and factory understands their tasks and our quality standards.
First 90 Days - Expected Deliverables
During this period, you will make a qualitative leap in two main directions:
- Closing Vacancies: Promptly hire for currently open positions across the office and production (a priority list of 10 roles is ready).
- Systemic Hiring: Establish stable talent pipelines for recurring roles to ensure we are never short-staffed.
- Methodology: Develop and implement standardized interview scorecards to ensure high-quality hiring decisions.
- Onboarding: Launch and manage a clear probation review system (no "gray zones" for new hires).
Yêu cầu
- Experience: 1,5+ years in HR, recruitment, or operations management. We are ready to "mold" a strong expert out of someone with a solid foundation and a high learning speed.
- Mindset: A structured thinker who loves organization and knows how to work with checklists and processes.
- Hard Skills: Proficiency in evidence-based (structured) interviewing and a data-driven approach to tracking results.
- Location: Based in Dien Khanh (15-minute ride from Nha Trang city centre).
