Coordinate new hire orientation and onboarding activities, including preparing new hire paperwork and assisting with employee orientation sessions.
Maintainemployeerecords,includingpersonnelfiles,HRdatabases,andelectronicrecords, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
Processemployeestatuschanges,suchaspromotions,transfers,andterminations,andupdateHR databases accordingly.
Assistwithbenefitsadministration,includingenrollment,changes,andinquiriesfrom employees.
HandleHR-relatedinquiriesfromemployeesandexternalparties,providingtimelyandaccurate informationorescalatingasneeded.
Assistwithemployeerelationsactivities,includingorganizingemployeeevents,managing employee recognition programs, and addressing employee concerns.
PrepareHR-relatedreportsanddocuments,suchasattendancerecords,performance evaluations, and HR metrics.
SupportHRprojectsandinitiatives,suchaspolicydevelopment,trainingprograms,andHR process improvements.
Supportarrangingguestvisitor's visa /work permitapplications for expatemployees,hotel accommodations, travel bookings, etc.
Takemeetingminutesasrequiredduringspecificmeetings.
Abilitytoestablishandmaintaineffectiverelationshipswithothermanagementstaff,employees and the general public.
PerformotheradministrativetasksanddutiesasassignedbytheHRDirector.

Bachelor'sdegreeinHumanResources,BusinessAdministration,orrelatedfieldpreferred.
Prefer candidates who have experienced with Base platform.
PreviousexperienceinanHRadministrativeroleorrelatedpositionisdesirable. ExperienceusingHRsoftwaresystemssuchasBasevnorsimilarisdesirable.
Strongorganizationalskillsandattention to detail. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Excellent English communication is desirable.
FamiliarwithonlineformssuchasGoogleandMicrosoft.
ProficiencyinMicrosoftOfficesuite(Word,Excel,PowerPoint,Outlook).
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion. KnowledgeofHRprocesses,Vietnamlaborlaw,andbestpracticesisaplus.
