We are seeking a dynamic and experienced HR Generalist to support our Revelyst Asia organization. This role is ideal for a human resources professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about fostering a positive workplace culture. You will be responsible for a broad range of HR functions, including employee relations, recruitment, onboarding, compliance, and performance management. Working closely with senior HR leadership and regional leadership team, you will help implement strategic HR initiatives and ensure operational excellence across the employee lifecycle.
This position reports to the Sr. Director of Human Resources and is based out of our Vietnam office.
As the HR Generalist, you will have an opportunity to :
- Serve as a trusted point of contact for employees regarding HR policies, procedures, and general inquiries.
- Maintain strict confidentiality and exercise sound judgment when handling sensitive information.
- Support conflict resolution and facilitate constructive communication between employees and managers.
- Provide guidance on performance management, disciplinary actions, and terminations in collaboration with leadership.
- Assist with recruitment activities including job postings, candidate screening, interviews, and hiring coordination.
