We are seeking a motivated and experienced HR Generalist who will manage day-to-day human resources functions for LG CNS Vietnam Build Center. This role requires a deep understanding of both Vietnamese labor law and Korean corporate culture.
Manage the full employee lifecycle: onboarding, offboarding, contracts, HR documentation, and exit interviews
Coordinate recruitment activities including sourcing, interviewing, and selection processes in collaboration with hiring managers and Korean stakeholders
Facilitate internal communication and employee relations to support a positive and compliant workplace culture
Support expatriate employee onboarding, visa processing, housing and administrative arrangements
Implement HR policies and ensure compliance with Vietnamese labor law and LG CNS's corporate standards
Develop and monitor overall HR systems, policies, and procedures.
Assist in performance management, training coordination, and organizational development programs
Facilitate internal communication and employee relations to support a positive and
compliant workplace culture
Implement organizational culture development programs
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement initiatives that enhance workplace
culture and employee well-being.
Prepare HR-related reports and analytics for management (both in English/Korean)
Collaborate closely with the HR team in Korea HQ and local management
Yêu cầu
Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field
Minimum 5 years of HR experience in a multinational or Korean-owned company in Vietnam
Strong understanding of Vietnamese labor law and HR operations
Strong communication skills in Vietnamese and English
Excellent interpersonal and cross-cultural skills
High attention to detail, discretion, and professionalism
