I. Position Overview
The HR Hygiene Controller is responsible for monitoring, implementing, and ensuring hygiene and sanitation standards across all hotel departments, in compliance with health regulations and internal policies. Working under the HR Department, this role supports staff training, audit processes, and continuous improvement in hygiene practices to ensure a safe and healthy work environment for both employees and guests.
II. Key Responsibilities
* Hygiene Compliance & Monitoring
- Monitor hygiene practices across hotel departments, including Kitchen, F&B, Housekeeping, Engineering, and public areas.
- Conduct regular hygiene inspections and spot-checks to ensure compliance with internal standards and external regulations (e.g. food safety, personal hygiene, sanitation).
- Identify hygiene-related risks and propose corrective/preventive actions.
- Policy Implementation & Staff Support
- Support the development and implementation of hotel hygiene and sanitation policies.
- Ensure all hygiene protocols are updated and followed.
- Collaborate with HR and HODs to reinforce hygiene standards in daily operations.
* Training & Awareness
- Organize regular training sessions for employees on hygiene and sanitation practices (especially for F&B, Kitchen, and Housekeeping
teams).
- Support orientation training for new hires on hotel hygiene policies.
- Design and distribute internal communication materials (posters, reminders, SOP updates).
- Documentation & Audit Preparation
- Maintain accurate records of hygiene audits, inspections, and corrective actions.
- Prepare documentation for local health inspections and internal audits.
Assist in certification and renewal processes for hygiene-related licenses or compliance.

Yêu cầu
- Bachelor's degree in Public Health, Food Safety, Hospitality Management, or related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a hygiene-related or quality control role, preferably in hospitality, F&B, or healthcare.
- Good knowledge of hygiene regulations and food safety standards (e.g. HACCP is a plus).
- Strong observation, documentation, and communication skills.
- Attention to detail, integrity, and ability to work independently.
- Basic English communication; Korean is an advantage.
