DAILY STAFF MONITORING
Check store daily schedule on daily basis.
Manage overtime using.
Responsible for uniform process: updating uniform size record/ ordering/ receiving/ distributing to staff and controlling uniform inventory
Responsible for employee health and safety
TRAINING AND DEVELOPMENT
Provide welcoming and onboarding new commers, staff levels (FT&PT) and respond for the "welcome pack" orders of store.
Execute training in store process and follow up training plan according to training standard.
Provides updates and communicates company policies and procedures for store.
Roll out company training in store, particularly relating to HR processes.
RECRUITMENT/ COMPENSATION & BENEFIT
Follow up store vacancies
Responsible for following up contracts, probation status, resignation, etc... handle related documents in coordination with HR Admin.
Resolve payroll queries and advise staff benefits
REPORT/ COMMUNICATION
Create weekly KPI reports and analyse reports with making action plans for improvement
Collect incident reports and coordinate discipline meeting arrangements among stores, HR Admin & HRBP
Coordinate with HR admin & HRBP to organize events, workshops, training, visits in store, if any.
Other administrative tasks that may arise in store based on business situation
Yêu cầu
Experience and Qualification
Bachelor's in Human Resources, Business Administration, Legal or Psychologists or related field
Has at least 1 year working experience as HR Generalist or in a managerial position in the store.
Experience in a fast-paced retail environment would be advantageous.
English fluency.
Availability to travel and work in shift.
Knowledge of Microsoft (excel and PowerPoint)
