Payroll & HR Operations (C&B)
Assist in preparing reports related to attendance, leave tracking, and payroll data
Support administrative procedures related to social insurance and tax registration
Maintain and organize employee records, documents, and HR databases
Internal Communication
Create and develop content for internal communication channels (e.g., company fanpage, internal activities)
Support the organization and communication of internal events and employee engagement activities
Learning & Development (L&D)
Design training materials (e.g., PowerPoint slides) based on available content
Create and manage LMS accounts; assign training courses to employees
Support the design of communication materials (e.g., posters) for training programs or offline classes
Yêu cầu
Third- or final-year students majoring in Human Resources, Business Administration, Economics, or related fields
Able to work full-time in 6 months and 5-day per week
Good command of English and Vietnamese (especially reading and writing)
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Canva
Strong attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information
Good organizational and multitasking skills
Positive attitude, proactive mindset, and willingness to learn
Interest in HR functions, especially C&B and Learning & Development
