Employee satisfaction & Company Culture
Set clear KPIs and monitor the Employee Satisfaction Score. Further work with the Executive Management and the respective HODs to ensure that the KPIs are meet and exceeded.
Spearhead a review and new potential revision of the company values together with the Executive Management Team and the organization at large.
Talent Acquisition
Ensure that there is a JD and scorecard for each position in the company.
Lead recruitment process, identifying the recruitment channel taking into consideration of cost efficiency, assist hiring manager identify the right fit candidate for the position.
Spearhead the induction program of new joiners ensuring a comprehensive induction is provided to the new joiner.
Oversee the on-boarding cycle of new hires
Performance Management and Compensation & Benefits
Ensure constant communications on performance review between line manager and line staff are consistent, clear and conducted in a regularly manner.
Spearhead the annual appraisal system within the company and execution is within stipulated timeline.
Propose a balanced reward system within the company for increment, commission and incentives programs across all levels ensuring competiveness across local markets.
Oversee the payroll process ensuring timely submission and approval of payroll data
Ensuring close monitoring of overall staff cost are within approved budget.
Admin
Control of office sundries and expenses
Work closely with the authorities and ensure compliance of HR policies & procedures and actively monitored be current of potential grants and support to each individual staff and the company from government bodies in Singapore, Vietnam and even in countries where the company has a local presence.
Key attributes
Liaise with internal/external stakeholders, suppliers and vendors on various projects
Ensuring legal compliance with local market's legislations
Be able to communicate and execute effectively on HR policies
To support the Exec Management Team in the strategic development of the organization and culture
Ensure a healthy turnover rate in the business
To conduct and evaluate market research ensuring competitiveness maintaining a good attrition rate.
To assist corporate branding strategy to bring forth Employer of Choice, having positive Employee Valued Proposition (EVP).
Contributing to and developing HR plans and strategies;
Take responsibility for and manage staff cost, including recruitment and development costs in accordance to the approved budget;
Monitoring local market's employment activity;
Yêu cầu
Bachelors degree in Human Resources or related (essential).
2 years of experience as an HR Assistant (essential).
Exposure to Labor Law and employment equity regulations.
Effective HR administration and people management skills.
Exposure to payroll practices.
