Mô tả công việc
1. Strategic HR Management
- Provide subject matter expertise to the leadership team on organizational capabilities, workforce planning, total reward packages, talent management, succession planning, and employee engagement.
- Drive organization culture transformation.
- Build strong relationships with key HR partners/clients to ensure HR partnership model are successfully launched and contribute to business results.
- Develop external relationship with local authorities and organizations. Work closely with Trade Union in implementation of programs to increase employee motivation and engagement.
2. HR Operation
- Partner with related functions and leverage capabilities to deliver the highest qualified services related to hiring, performance management, compensation and benefits,....
- Ensure policies and application in compliance with the local laws, RBA, systems and the Corporate's guidelines.
Yêu cầu
- Education: University degree, Degree in HR, Business Administration, Law, or related fields.
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years in a managerial or HR Business Partner position, prefer candidates with experience in Manufacturing company
- Excellent English skills
- Innovative and strategic thinking, lead courageously and provide direction
- Ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders
- Contribution motivated and drive for results
