Job description
Recruitment:
· Management of overall HR and organization management
· Develop and maintain HR system effectively, be in charge for HR standard management and HR system design;
· Source applicants through online channels, such as LinkedIn and other professional networks, build a relationship with the potential candidate.
· Input into overall hiring strategy of the organization to ensure our teams consist of a diverse set of qualified individuals
· Plan interview and selection procedures, including screening calls, assessments, and in-person interviews - if possible
· Assess candidates' information, including C.Vs., portfolios and references
· Organize and attend job fairs and recruitment events to build a strong candidate pipeline
· Keep records of all materials used for recruitment, including interview notes and related paperwork, to share with key stakeholders;
· Manage and develop the organizational culture by make plans and carry out activities to promote working environment and culture;
· Be in charge for Employee relationship tasks.
Requirements
· Proven work experience as a Recruiting Manager, Recruitment Consultant or Recruiting Coordinator (headhunting field is preferred) in global companies;
· Bachelor or Master's degree in related field.
· At least 3 years in Manager level
· Hands-on experience with Applicant Tracking Systems and HR databases
· Knowledge of labor legislation
· Experience with (phone and in-person) interviews, candidate screening and evaluation
· Familiarity with social media and other professional networks
· Excellent verbal and written communication and team management skills
· Strong decision-making skills.
