Recruitment and Staffing: Manage the recruitment process, ensuring the company hires the right talent and effectively onboard new employees.
Employee Relations and Engagement: Foster a positive work environment by addressing employee concerns, resolving conflicts, and promoting employee satisfaction and retention.
Training and Development: Identify employee training needs, implement development programs, and ensure employees have the skills and knowledge to grow and succeed.
Compensation, Benefits, and Compliance: Oversee competitive compensation and benefits packages, ensure compliance with labor laws, and manage payroll and legal documentation.
Performance Management and Organizational Development: Implement performance appraisals, provide feedback, manage employee performance, and support organizational changes to meet business goals.
Yêu cầu
Education: Bachelor's degree.
Age: Under 35 years old.
At least 5 years of experience as a similar position in manufacturing industry. Preference for candidates with over 3 years of experience in a foreign company.
Language: Good English communication skills. Preference for candidates with basic Korean communication skills.
Knowledge of labor laws
Strong communication and problem-solving skills
CV must be submitted in English
