We are looking for an experienced HR leader to oversee the full spectrum of Human Resources activities and drive people-centric strategies that support organizational growth. This role plays a critical part in shaping HR programs, improving policies, and strengthening people management capabilities across the company.
Key Responsibilities
1. Talent Acquisition & Workforce Planning
• Develop recruitment and manpower planning strategies to meet business needs
• Collaborate with management to enhance organizational structure, clarify job roles, and ensure workforce readiness.
2. Compensation, Benefits & Performance Management
• Provide expert guidance on compensation and benefits frameworks to ensure internal equity and market competitiveness.
• Design and refine compensation schemes aligned with performance evaluation systems.
• Lead and manage annual performance appraisal cycles and related HR processes.
3. Learning & Development
• Oversee onboarding programs, leadership training, and skill-building workshops.
• Conduct training needs assessments to enhance employee capability and overall productivity.
• Review performance data to identify development gaps and recommend training solutions.
• Support long-term talent development and succession planning initiatives.
4. Employee Relations & Workplace Culture
• Maintain a balanced, transparent, and healthy employer-employee relationship.
• Promote positive workplace culture and ensure employee engagement.
• Handle employee relations issues, lead investigations, and resolve complaints in accordance with legal standards.
• Ensure HR policies are updated and consistently implemented across the organization.
5. Administration Management
• Lead planning, coordination, and supervision of administrative functions to support smooth operations.
6. Legal & Compliance
• Stay informed on labor, employment, and tax regulations to ensure full compliance with Vietnamese laws.
Yêu cầu
Key Requirements
• Total Experience: 8-12 years of progressive experience in Human Resources
• Core Expertise: Minimum 2+ years of hands-on experience in each of the following areas:
- Payroll & Compensation & Benefits
- Recruitment & Talent Acquisition
- HR Business Partnering (HRBP)
- Strong understanding of Vietnam Labor Law and HR best practices
- Proven ability to manage end-to-end HR operations
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in cosmetics, beauty, or retail industries is a strong advantage
- Prior experience working in Korean companies or similar corporate cultures
- Familiarity with global HR systems such as Workday or SAP SuccessFactors
- Experience working in a matrix or multinational environment
Leadership & Soft Skills
- Motivational Leadership: Ability to inspire, engage, and develop teams with positive energy
- Communication: Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to act as a bridge between expatriate leadership and local staff

- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
