Mô tả công việc
Position Objective
The HR Officer is responsible to assist Human Resource Department in admin and logistic duties to provide the best HR service to the company on various perspectives: professional development arrangement, budget record for activities, events, etc., kinds of insurances and payment.
This position acts in accordance with all functions of HR to demonstrate professionalism and a strong customer service approach to both internal and external stakeholders of the company.
Responsibilities
HR Officer reports directly to Senior HR Manager, and perform a full range of duties, including but not limited to:
1. Professional Development (PD) Logistics
• Collecting PD requests from staff and support staff with necessary arrangements including but not limited to flight and hotel booking, claim settling, etc.
• Recording all the costs and cross-checking with Finance Department at the end of each month to ensure the training budget is updated and accurate.
• Help to select the training providers, supporting on training arrangement and logistics to open courses for employees
• Monitoring and timely reporting to Senior HR Manager the accurate costs of training and development for budget projection
• Maintaining training results/records; assists to evaluate the effectiveness of the training courses
2. HR Admin
• Insurance: keeping the data, working on the issues with the vendors, being the consultant to give feedback to the employees with their concerns or request to help, processing insurance registration/ cancellation for staff in time.
• Planning and arranging events such as gifts for staff during Tet, mid-Autumn festival, health check-up, guests' welcoming, etc. and being HR's representative for condolence activity.
• Processing Purchase Order/ Reimbursement, recording and managing expenses under Human Resources Department budget and/or activities.
• Support to record, keying and manage HR data
• Being in charge of filing HR documentations.
• Supporting on HR related activities
• Undertaking other tasks as and when required.
Yêu cầu
- Fresh graduates or university degree with 1-2 years in HR and/or admin.
- Excellent oral and written skills in Vietnamese & English
- Good at MS Office: Word and especially Excel
