Mô tả công việc
* Insurance:
- Register social, health and unemployment insurance for employees
- To make a list for social insurance benefits for employees (sick leave, maternity leave, etc..) and follow up payment for employees.
- Contact Social Insurance Agency on providing social insurance book and health insurance card for employees as per regulations.
- Complete the transferring procedure of Social Insurance Book for employees working at company as well as employees leaving.
* Labor contract
- Making the probation time, first, second and indefinite contract and Making appendix of labor contract
- Saving labor contract
- Making the probation time judging
- Preparing the judging of renew labor contact
Other tasks to be assigned by Superior
Yêu cầu
Graduated university in administrative, human resources or other related fields.
Have at least 3 years working experience at the same position.
Familiar with Vietnam Labour Law.
Detail-oriented, able to work independently and with good time management and communication skills.
Good command of English
Can use TS24 software
