Handle recruitment activities: posting jobs, screening CVs, arranging interviews, and onboarding new employees.
Manage employee records, labor contracts, annual leave, social insurance, and related HR documents.
Monitor attendance, overtime, business trip expenses, and support monthly payroll calculation (after 6 months will calculate payroll)
Buiding and maintenance KPI
Imporving and following our company policy
Process documentation and SOP ownership: Developing, implementing and maintaining SOP for HR processes.
Data Accuracy and reporting: Maintaining accurate HR databased and providing regular, data-driven reports to management
Conflict resolution and team coordination: Facilitating effective communication between internal departments to resolve workflow bottlenecks and ensure team accountability
Knowledge of labor law: in-depth knowledge of labor law and regulation to ensure full legal compliance in all employment documentation and pratices.
Perform other HR tasks assigned by Management

Yêu Cầu Công Việc
At least over 5 years of experience in HR position.
Good command of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel).
Good communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
Careful, proactive, and responsible at work.
Experience in garment/fashion industry is an advantage.
