Mô tả công việc
Manage the full employee lifecycle, including onboarding, offboarding, and file employment contracts.
Oversee the probation period process, ensuring new employees are integrated effectively into the company.
Develop and conduct onboarding training programs to facilitate a smooth transition for new hires.
Provide support for employee relations, addressing inquiries, and resolving labor disputes.
Assist in the formulation and updating of HR policies and procedures.
Ensure compliance with local labor laws and regulations.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date HR records and databases.
Lead key HR operational projects to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
Yêu cầu
Bachelor's degree or higher in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
At least 3 years of experience in HR operations, with a track record of managing teams.
Proficient in labor laws and regulations and HR management best practices.
Strong communication, organizational, and leadership abilities.
Ability to work autonomously and as a team player.
Expertise in office software, particularly the Microsoft Office suite.
Good command of English, both written and spoken.
