Mô tả công việc
Support the recruitment process: posting job ads, screening CVs, scheduling interviews, and coordinating with candidates.
Assist in maintaining and updating recruitment databases and tracking systems.
Help coordinate onboarding procedures for new hires.
Prepare recruitment-related documents, reports, and meeting notes as required.
Provide administrative support to the HR team in recruitment-related tasks.
Handle other general admin tasks for HR works
Yêu cầu
3rd or 4th-year student or recent graduate in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Strong organizational and communication skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Excel and Word).
Attention to detail and a willingness to learn.
Good command of English (reading and writing).
Positive attitude and ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
