Scope of Responsibility:
The HR Specialist position is responsible for aligning business objectives with employees and management in designated business units. The position serves as a consultant to management on human resource-related issues. The successful HR Specialist acts as an employee champion and change agent. Communicating needs proactively with our HR department and business management, the HR Specialist seeks to develop integrated solutions. The position formulates partnerships across the HR function to deliver value-added service to management and employees that reflects the business objectives of the organization. The HR Specialist maintains an effective level of business literacy about the business unit's financial position, its mid range plans, its culture and its competition.
Core Responsibilities:
• Listen to the ideas and understand the vision of the internal clients
• Proactively gain client feedback to aid HR functions improve service levels and alert HR areas where an issue/project may impact on other areas.
Compensation & Benefits
• Manage Time and attendance system, maintain SAP Data
• Manage Labor contract/Social insurance/Personal income tax
• Assist with the monitoring of the company wage and salary structure and the variable pay systems within the company including bonuses and raises.
• Provide day-to-day benefits administration services. Assist employees with any claim issues.
Employee Relations
• Assist with the development of Human Resources policies for the company with regard to employee relations.
• Partner with management to communicate Human Resources policies, procedures, programs and laws.
• Recommend employee relations practices necessary to establish a positive employer-employee relationship and promote a high level of employee morale and motivation.
• Advise managers and supervisors about the steps in the progressive discipline system of the company. Counsels managers on employment issues.
• Provides day-to-day performance management guidance to line management (e.g., coaching, counseling, career development, disciplinary actions).
• Manages and resolves complex employee relations issues. Conducts effective, thorough and objective investigations.
Employee Engagement and Communication
• Manage the development and implementation of effective communications and participation programs that build employee engagement
• Implement the meeting with all employees to collect "Employee Engagement Survey" form as per plan. Make a statistic report on the result from these forms to Manufacturing Director for organizational improvement.
• Works closely with management and employees to improve work relationships, build morale, and increase productivity and retention
Recruitment
• Expedite recruitment of internal company customer.
• Maintain an updated and complete set of job description and job specification for internal company customer.
• Conduct exit interview for resigned employee, make analysis and propose forward action for management.
Training and Development
• Identifies training needs for business units and individual executive coaching needs.
• Participates in evaluation and monitoring of training programs to ensure success. Follows up to ensure training objectives are met
Law
• Comply with all existing governmental and labor legal and government reporting requirements including any related to the Vietnam Labor Laws, Social Insurance & Safety, Occupational Medical Regulations.
• Maintains in-depth knowledge of legal requirements related to day-to-day management of employees, reducing legal risks and ensuring regulatory compliance.
Yêu cầu
- Bachelor/Master degree in Human Resources Management/ English language/ Social Sciences, etc.
- 2 - 5 years in relevant position
- Deep understanding about local labor law & regulations
- Knowing SAP is a plus
