Job Purpose
The HR Executive (Talent Acquisition) is responsible for driving recruitment activities to attract and hire qualified talent, particularly for engineering and technical positions within the construction and real estate sectors. The role also supports Employer Branding initiatives and Training & Development activities to enhance DECV's talent capabilities and employee experience.
Key Responsibilities
1. Talent Acquisition & Employer Branding (70%)
• Support end-to-end recruitment activities, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and coordinating the hiring process.
• Develop and utilize effective recruitment channels to attract qualified candidates, particularly within the construction and real estate sectors.
• Maintain recruitment databases and prepare recruitment reports and market insights.
• Organize recruitment events and contribute to improving recruitment processes and candidate experience.
• Support Employer Branding activities, including recruitment marketing content, career fairs, university partnerships, and talent attraction campaigns.
• Support in coordinating with Universities to run recruitment programs/campaigns.
2. Training & Development (20%)
• Conduct training needs assessments and coordinate annual and ad-hoc training programs.
• Manage training records, training expenses, and evaluate training effectiveness.
• Coordinate internal and external training activities and related logistics.
• Manage employees' technical qualifications, certifications, and related documentation.
3. General (10%)
• Perform other HR-related duties and projects as assigned by the direct supervisor or management.
Yêu cầu
Qualifications & Experience
Education
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, Law or relevant major.
• English fluent (must), Korean (preferred)
Experience
• From 01 year of HR experience (Recruitment or Talent acquisition)
• Experienced in Headhunting agency is highly appreciated
• Experience in FDI companies (construction preferred)
• Strong exposure to:
o HR Analytics & Data
o AI application at work
o Market & Talent mapping
Skills & Competencies
Technical Skills
• Knowledge of: Vietnamese labor law is highly preferred
• Advanced Excel & Power point skills (pivot, formulas, simulation models)

• Innovative mindset is highly preferred
