HR Specialist

Purpose
In collaboration with the HRM/HRD, support the HR function and focus on delivering HR objectives within HR strategy, corporate guidelines and local policies.
Core Responsibilities
In conjunction with and under the general direction of HR Management develop, manage and/or administer the organisation's recruitment, training, organisation development, and employee relations programmes.
Responsible for end-to-end recruitment process for assigned vacancies and employee administration across Vietnam in order to ensure the effective talent sourcing according to company's recruitment requirements. Collaborate with and provide sourcing support to the regional TA to deliver high-quality and timely recruiting service to the hiring managers.
Act as a main point of contact for the GBS HR in relation to defined sub-processes within area and location of responsibility.
Under limited supervision, maintain and process information in company's HRIS in order to ensure accurate and secure data are available to stakeholders, within operating principles, legal requirements and corporate guidelines, support HRIS team in managing escalations and resolving issues.
Provide support across all HR operational processes, ensuring quality, effectiveness, and compliance with Company policies and government legislation.
Use relevant information, data and reports to recommend policy and process improvements.
Participate in or support the implementation of Corporate and Site initiatives or projects.
