We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented HR Supervisor to join our growing team in Hanoi. In this role, you will be responsible for providing comprehensive HR support to our employees, ensuring compliance with local labor laws, and contributing to the overall success of our organization.
Key Responsibilities:
Payroll Administration:
Oversee the entire payroll process, including data entry, calculations, and distribution.
Ensure timely and accurate processing of salaries, bonuses, and deductions.
Maintain payroll records and prepare necessary reports.
Employee Relations:
Handle employee inquiries and concerns related to HR policies, procedures, and benefits.
Conduct exit interviews and analyze turnover data.
Resolve employee disputes and conflicts in a timely and professional manner.
HR Policy Implementation:
Assist in developing and implementing HR policies and procedures in alignment with company objectives.
Ensure compliance with local labor laws and regulations.
Benefits Administration:
Manage and administer employee benefits programs, including health insurance, social security, and other perks.
Data Management:
Maintain accurate and up-to-date HR records and databases.
HR Digitalization / OA Project set up and operation.
Generate reports and analyze HR data to identify trends and make data-driven recommendations.
Project Coordination:
Support HR projects and initiatives as assigned.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve shared goals.
Yêu cầu
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Minimum of 4 years of experience in a similar role.
Strong understanding of Vietnamese labor law and regulations.
Excellent proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
Advanced knowledge of payroll processing systems.
Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

Competitive salary (25.000.000 - 28.000.000 VND gross)
Salary at 100% during the probationary period.
90% contribution of the gross salary to social insurance.
20 days leave (12 days of annual leave and 8 days of sick leave).
Full work equipment will be provided
Annual Health Checkup.
