C&B Strategy & Management
• Lead and manage end-to-end payroll, compensation, and benefits processes.
• Develop and implement C&B policies aligned with company strategy and market practices.
• Design salary structures, bonus schemes, and incentive programs.
Payroll & Compliance
• Oversee monthly payroll, tax declarations, and statutory compliance.
• Ensure full compliance with Labor Law, Social Insurance, and PIT regulations.
• Handle audits, inspections, and regulatory reporting.
Social Insurance & Tax
• Supervise SI processes (registration, adjustment, claims, reconciliation).
• Manage PIT finalization and provide tax advisory for employees.
HR Management & Leadership
• Lead, manage, and develop the HR team (C&B, Admin, and other HR functions if applicable).
• Coach and mentor team members to improve capability and ensure succession planning.
• Build and optimize HR processes, workflows, and internal policies..
HR Operations & Administration
• Oversee full employee lifecycle: onboarding, contract management, offboarding.
• Ensure HR documentation, policies, and procedures are standardized and compliant.
• Manage administrative functions (office operations, vendors, facilities if required).
• Provide insights and recommendations to management for decision-making.
• Address and resolve HR legal matters as they arise and advise C-level executives on HR compliance.
• Address employee inquiries on matters such as contract terms, career development, and other HR-related concerns.
• Identify and address common issues to improve HR practices and enhance employee satisfaction.
Yêu cầu
• Experience as an Accounting major is preferred
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Human Resources, Business Administration or related area
• Minimum 5+ years of experience as an HR Supervisor or in a similar position
• Fluent in English able to work directly with international stakeholder
• Good at English
• Wide knowledge of Government's procedures, policies of compliance.
• Mastering and strong knowledge in labor laws, legal application, and common practices in human resources management
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and conflict resolution skills
• Expert in planning, budgeting and cost controlling
• Excellent in MS Office
