MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Implement and promulgate company policies.
2. Implement policies and benefits of employees.
3. Perform recruitment / training according to the needs of the Company.
4. Support staff in pregnancy, resignation, entry procedures ...
5. Declare monthly / annual PIT based on payroll.
6. Supervise and operate transport vehicles for business purpose.
7. Supervision & urge sub-staff.
II. SCOPE OF OPERATIONAL RESPONSIBILITY
1. Manpower - People Management
• Developing self-competency and its subordinates through soft skills training according to performing ISO Standard.
• Developing environment and positive job relationship, by showing good behavior and communicate effectively.
• Maximizing Human Resources Potential according to related Organization Structure.
2. Planning and Decision Making Authority
• Improvement planning and following employee development to achieve efficiently and effectively result continuously.
• Consult with HRM all legal problems.
3. Scope of Operational Responsibilities
• In charge of payroll systems, C&B, Social Insurance, Labor contract for employees.
• Performing personnel activities in the plant.
• Performing supervision and development (included punishment) for optimizing human resources.
• Issuing procedure for recruitment, training, promotion, transfer, disciplinary.
• Guide and supervise jobs of security and cleaning service at the company.
• Work with suppliers such as food, security, cleaning to give company a good service.
4. Administration Work
• Performing employee administration, salary, and wages, saving important and confidential data.
• Making recapitulation / statistical report of employee condition periodically.
• Making correspondence internal or external.
• Arrange transportation for employees, air tickets and accommodation for guests.
• Support visa, work permit for the related staffs.
• Conduct healthcare and accidental insurance for employees as the policy
Yêu cầu
1. Formal Education: University
2. Experiences: Minimum 5 years in related position
3. Skills:
• Have experiences and good understanding in Human Resources field.
• Communicate in English well.
• Leadership and management skill.
• Computer Literacy (MS Office, PowerPoint, HR software, SAP).
• Communicate with all related departments.
• Contact with concerned Government Office.
